Graduated in Business Administration, he worked as a consultant in Galgano & Associati and in the Human Resources Department in companies such as Aprilia, Luxottica and Emerson. He is Director of Performando , where he deals with managerial training, organizational consultancy, experiential training and business coaching for national and multinational companies and for public administration entities.
